TERMS & CONDITIONS

I understand that a 50% deposit is required to hold my space and that the remaining balance is due 90 days before the event date

I understand that I will be sent an invoice from Patina Farms, that once paid, will reserve my space as a participant in the Workshop.

I understand that the Workshop will only remain open if a minimum of 8 attendees have also signed up.

I understand that travel, transportation, accommodations, and some meals are not included in the Workshop fee

I understand that my Workshop tuition is non-refundable, but may be transferrable under certain circumstances, at the discretion of Patina Farms. *Refunds will be issued if the class registrant minimum is not met.

Workshops will be photographed, and each attendee will receive images of their work and action shots for portfolio and promotional use

MEALS

Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided each day. Restaurant & Winery recommendations will be provided in our Welcome Packet

LODGING & TRANSPORTATION

Travel, transportation, and accommodations are not included and will need to be arranged by attendees. Recommendations will be provided following registration.

LIMITED SPACE

We are allowing only 12 attendees at each workshop in order to provide the best experience possible

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

When you register for our workshop, we reserve one of our limited spots for you and begin to personalize your experience. For this reason, once a payment is made for tuition, it is not refundable if you choose to cancel your registration. If you need to make changes up to 60 days prior to the workshop, you can apply your tuition payment to a future workshop (within a year) or your tuition may be transferable.
